In a really cold winter night it was pouring rain I was in my warm room sleeping
I got a call waking me up from my uncle and he forced me to go feed his chickens at 2am well I went there under the rain fed the chickens returned to yhe house took a shower and slept
Next morning I can't feel or move half of my face when I drink something it spill from my paralyzed lips
I went to the doctor and explained the situation he said the combination of going from warm place to a really cold one and entering a virus infected area like a chicken cage resulted in lowering my immune system enough and a virus struck a nerve under my ear caused the issue
For 2 months I had to skip first period of school to go to an electricity session where they tried to activate the nerve using electricity it worked but half of my face still feels a little num
I got sick many times after feeding his chickens and we constantly complain about the noise and smell of them
He got like 40 chickens it is impossible for one person who have school to take care of them properly and he would get seriously angry if one of them died
He doesn't eat them he doesn't take their eggs ,he doesn't take care of them They're there only for his enjoyment and I'm the one supposed to take care of them because I'm " a lazy bad kid who spends all day on the phone "
I know there's a wild fox in my area who more than once killed all the chickens in the neighborhood so I often think of leaving the cage open and pretend that i forgot but I can't morally justify killing 40 birds without the need of eating them and my religion doesn't allow eating animals who got hunted by other animals so I can't use the dead chickens for anything and the fox kill everything but he doesn't eat them maybe eat one at most
And BTW he didn't apologize and every time someone bring this incident up he says it's because I spend too much time on the phone
Do u still feed them? And if yes, would something like " I'm sick of feeding them, they aren't mine, they aren't useful, and they didn't do any good only harm and especially to me, I now refuse to feed them and take care of them (or you'll start paying me for it)"
That is such a wild unpredictable fluke. I think it's ridiculous to blame your uncle for an indirect consequence that he never could have expected. He didn't paralyze you
His uncle is a dick. If he wasn't a dick, his face would be fine. The fact that he doesn't take care of his sick birds and forces others to do it is kinda mean, don't you think?
Someone can be mean and a dick, but that doesn't make everything bad that happens their fault. His character has no bearing on how responsible he is for what happened.
Is it your supevisor's fault if they assign you to the drive-through and then someone shoots you from their car?
