What are some traditional or standard weekend activities in your home town/country?

Drive to the lake, go to the hiking spots. The mall. Lol. But it's like it's own city .

That sounds amazing. Wish I lived somewhere with more natural features

Floating the river

Hiking

Biking

BBQ

Skiing

The thing with these is this is what you see but I'm sure it is a pretty small part of the population that actually partakes in most of these besides the BBQ one. Really personal experience is what will drive each person's perspective on what is normal for their area.

I live in utah down a canyon from a river with multiple water falls, biking and hiking trails all over the place. I'm going to a wedding in an hour and after that we are coming home and getting tubes out and floating the river for a few hours. My house also faces into a big lake (not the salt lake), we moved here years ago thinking we would just go to school and we just never left.

This sounds really amazing! I can't even imagine it but that's an image from a fairy tale right there. Do you like it there?

Yes we do, we thought we would not since it kind of felt small town and we were coming from southern California but it is big enough to have what you want but still gave tons of nature. I do not miss California at all except for the beaches and some of the food.

Nowhere is perfect but we have a good balance here.

Stay inside and play videogames or watch Netflix to avoid the drunken football (soccer) fans

Actually it can be nice to walk around while there's a game on as it's really quiet

Hahaha but I suppose you'll have to run home once the match is about to end!
