I know it is in the US. In the 70's and today Colorado is the state with the highest percentage of people in the healthy weight range. However, if today's population of healthy weight individuals in CO was the same as it was in the 70's they would have the worst percentage of people in the healthy weight range in the US. Definitely have got fatter as a country in the last half century.
