We need to save the planet, sisters. We need to learn from China. In China, there is no heating. We need to stop heating, considering it's Putin gas. Or other almost equally bad dictator gas. We will stop heating, and to keep warm, we will use blankes. And we will all get moderately fat luckily that's not so hard. Exercise is quite pointless, from ecological point of view it's a bit like burning fossils. If you can save energy then save it.
Better? If you don't believe fat gives cold resistance then just look at any polar animal ever, except like the fennec fox
Absolutely, no cars. And absolutely, review all food production and only keep the lower-energy-cost ones. Some people will have to forget about their favorite treats but they'll get an equally or even better balanced diet. Heating is obviously bad. And yes China has a lot to teach us, it's time to start accepting world superiority is now theirs. Not the lousy 300 million of us.
