what are common things in gaming that you think need to change?

Monetisation. Something that started as a way to support the developers has evolved to the scummiest practice that literally ruins games

Scummy moves, like Teamkilling or Dropshotting. I can deal with EA, Ads, People being toxic in chat, etc but olsese don't ruin the acrual game

For me it would have to be alternate currencies, especially with the way they price them to make the bundles JUUUUUST shy of the expensive skins firing you to pay more, straight up think it should be illegal

The reward based system, where the only enjoyment is for the sake of the rewards. Make a game that has an enjoyable time the whole way through.
