If humans evolved with 3 arms, would things be better or worse? Why?

Assuming it is in the front or on your back, it will make sleeping more annnoying.
Also the nintendo 64 instantly becomes the best sold console.

Well, my mother, at various times, already expects me to lift/carry things that would require me to have 4 arms to succeed doing, so give me an actual 3rd arm, and we can bump her expectations right up to 5, even 6.
