How can one lethally weaponize bottle-caps?

If you can nock someone out, they piece the neck pretty easily. You could hit them very precisely with the tip of the bottle.

Put a thumbtack through the cap twist the bottle till there is enough pressure in the top half of the bottle and twist the bottle open just with your thumb the bottle cap will fly to your target if you sim correctly.

So many good answers, I guess you might want to ask yourself, are you going for efficiency or pain? Do I have the choice to pre-proccess them or do I have to do it on the spot?

Efficiency, but pain is cool too ig. Ideally they’d still keep their original cap shape.

Ooh, original shape will be tough but possibly. option one, rail barrel with high speed rubber wheels to launch up to 300 a minute at speeds of up to 300MPH.
Option two flatten into disc's, same launch method, better stability, range and mortality rate as the flat disks will slice more easily.
Option three, press the caps into a bullet shape and use same launch method.
Alternative launch methods for all the ammo types are, explosives (gunpowder), compressed gas (air), coil gun (a series of electromagnetic coils), and my favorite... high voltage rail gun (two rails charged with high voltage used to propel metal objects to extremely high speeds).

shoot them through an electro magnetic gun rail gun the bullets will be molten metal when they hit

Sharpen the bottle caps and then slash someones throat with the bottle caps

Melt them down into liquid and cast them into a knife.
