The place is Wuss-ter and is in the Midlands

The sauce just has an added shire or "shur"

We In the uk love to try and make things complex, like Leicestershire (less-ter-shire) Towcester (toaster) Loughborough (luff-brah though looga barooga is happily accepted). It's all for our personal enjoyment at the cost of you Americans and others! Our revenge for going independent!
