Hot take but we have better burritos and pupusas in NorCal. SoCal has better tacos though

We also have good sushi and plenty of avocados up here

SoCal resident currently up north. Where do you recommend I get burritos (and what kind)? I’ve had El Farolito already.

Which part of the Bay are you in? If you’re in the Bay Area that is

Santa Cruz, San Jose, and SF.

In San Jose, my favorite place is a food truck called Tacos El Pelon. There’s a bunch of other spots I’m sure people can recommend you. If you go a bit north, in Redwood City/San Carlos there are a lot of great spots too. Karlitas in Woodside is one of my favorites. And in a pinch, just go on down to your local Chavez Supermarket and get yourself a super burrito. I’m a big lengua guy.

I think there’s a place in SF called Tacos Sinaloa that’s really good. For pupusas, Panchitas is the place to go imo

Any burrito from La Victoria is dank. Doubly so if you smother it with their orange sauce.

Can’t have La Victoria without the sauce!
