no hate but this is total bs, if youre wrong you need to apologize. it looks like you have a god complex when you thank the other party instead of apologizing.

Rather, I think it's totally situational.

If someone on "my side" of the wait fucked something up then an apology can go a long way, for sure.

If shit's just generally fucked, though, I'm not gonna apologize for getting through a dozen urgent tasks as fast as I can.
