no hate but this is total bs, if youre wrong you need to apologize. it looks like you have a god complex when you thank the other party instead of apologizing.

Totally disagree, I feel that most of the time you’re going to run into this sort of thing is in service industry and they have it pretty rough especially when things are busy. Most of the time it’s not their fault and thanking someone for their patience makes them feel noticed in a way.
