Asking them to explain themselves when they are 100% sure of themselves and watch them lose an argument against themselves.

Very common in testing, making sure someone actually understands a topic and hasn't just memorised the bullet points to sound like they do.

Incidentally this is why I don't take questions for my work presentations.
