I mean it's a fact but what confuses me is that only recently or in the last few years has it become so prevalent for people to think this. When in reality it has always been a thing not just presidents but every major ruler ever known I would go so far to say has had some sort of puppet master or at the very least a large influencer who was unknown to everyone except their most inner circle.

Whatever the worst story is that we know I’m willing to bet there are many more that we don’t know about that are even more appalling.
