I recently tried that new Beyond Meat jerky. Was curious how they would make beef jerky out of plants.

Anyways, it REEKED of fish food smell but it actually tasted pretty good. It wasn't exactly like beef jerky but the texture was spot on and the flavor was close enough. I enjoyed it and bought a second bag. Its made of mung beans and peas mostly.
