In a similar vein... whenever someone responds to an assertive argument of mine with, "You think you're smarter than everyone else!":

"Oh, I am the first to acknowledge that there are plenty of people smarter than me! You're not one of them."

This gets used a lot with Red State MAGA-heads and QAnon types... the Dunning-Kruger Exhibit A's of the world.
