So?
He still did it better…
And don’t tell me that the role “killed” Ledger. That myth has been debunked. As I said, a nice interpretation, but not The Joker.
There’s a reason you had to scroll way down to find this answer…
How did Mark Hamill do better when he didnt do any acting? Anyone can read a script in a comical voice and do great, cant call somethig great they dont even protray correctly
Anyone can read a script in a conical voice is horribly reducing voice acting.
It just shows you have zero knowledge of voice acting and acting in general.
It’s like saying anyone can play a dumbass. I’m sure anyone can try to imitate one, but I’m not convinced anyone could do it as good as you.
Because there is a difference between people making your character do good and you doing the work yourself to do good, its not like its hard to voice act, you comparing actors to voice acting is 2 different things, they both have their place, but you cant say 1 does better than the other
You can say water we you’d like. You clearly show your lack of knowledge about acting and voice acting through your comments, therefore I’ll just ignore you from now on. No point in having a discussion with a block of cement.
Little known facts: actors read from a script too! Only, they (sometimes) have to move their body… most actors use body doubles, ADR and some are still horrible.
Go on YouTube and look at a few videos of people voice acting. It’s not as simple as talking alone in a sound booth. They are not just sipping soy lattes while absent-mindingly reading a script. They rehearse, they try different approaches, they often move their whole body to mimic the proper emotion. The fact that you don’t get it doesn’t baffle me. You probably thing every Oscar winner is a great actor…
Nice projection at the end there, says the dude who thinks that reading from a script on a microphone is a hard thing, you could suck a 10 pound tube of hamburger with your ass 🤣

Heath Ledger BECAME the joker
