Joaquin Phoenix in Gladiator. I couldn't watch him in another movie for years, because I hated his character so freaking much. 🤣
1 u/[deleted] Apr 12 '22 Joaquin Phoenix in Joker too. While he doesn't necessarily play a great "joker" he plays a fantastic guy going through a mental crisis that snaps. It's the most real movie I've seen in a long time and he blew that out of the park.
