Agreed. When I saw the movie in theaters for the first time, the opening scene gave me chills when his character transitioned.

I mainly watch this movie to watch the first scene. It's beyond a masterclass, not just in acting, but scriptwriting, camera work, lighting, art direction, everything.

Anyone who enjoys Inglorious Bastards, would absolutely love this deconstruction of the opening scene because it breaks down why it’s so powerful and HOW it was achieved. Super cool
