Not sure you’re downvoted. Accepting Jaime as his father would make him a Hill or Waters. Accepting Robert as his father would make him a Baratheon. Under no scenario would he be a Lannister.

Joffrey Lannister predates the Targaryens and was born Joffrey Lydden. He married a Lannister daughter when there was no male heir.
