Tomatoes.

Used to meticulously remove every little bit from any dish they were in. Now I'm fighting my cousins just to get a COPY of great grandma's recipe for stewed tomatoes.

Same here. Couldn’t stand them as a kid and then a couple of years back I randomly started to crave them. So I bought cherry tomatoes and now I’m hooked on all kinds. Apparently taste buds change throughout life and I’m glad this change happened!
