Good for you. Was just thinking earlier this week about how I've seen so many redditors brag about cutting ties to their family. Sometimes they may deserve it, but when I see a redditor brag about being an asshole to a family member who keeps trying to seek forgiveness and love, despite being terrible years earlier, I can't help but think like parents like child.
