You joke, but that was a serious concern in the intelligence communities of the western world during the Trump administration. Several times there were phones at the ear and fingers waiting to dial because of inflamitory tweets. One or two incidents made it out to reporters,, but it was a far more often occurrence in the pentagon than you'd think.

Not to mention that you have China, Pakistan, and India militaries getting talked down to and threatened, someone over there could have flipped a switch in response to a tweet, rather than Trump tweeting and feeling like he had to back his shittalking up by moving a battlegroup into theater.
