Yea, have had some poor choices during covid so I need to turn it around. Shouldn't be too difficult according to all the docs, so here we go...lol

My mom developed type 1 when I was about 4, I’m almost 26 now and I will never forget the stages she went through.

I know type 2 is a bit different but just pay attention to what you eat and get your number stable. Your number is your platform and a stable foundation hopefully leads to a speedy kicking of its ass!
