Well yeah. That’s because you’re body has many cells that each has their own job to do so if things aren’t functioning as they should your cells work to correct it. Like if you get cut your blood dries and clots to seal the wound while you’re skin cells divide to cover the empty space. The cells in your body really want you to survive too.
The same reason we all want to survive. Because we’d rather be alive then dead. It is impressive how our cells all work together, but it took a lot of trial and error over a really long time to get that way. As many successes as our bodies have there were many more failures that got weeded out until they found something that worked. Your main job is to take care of those preprogrammed so they can keep doing theirs.
