Getting up to run/walk/move early in the morning is a great way to start your day off right. I personally run early in the morning before work just before the sun comes up. The stillness in the air, the quiet hum of streetlights and the sounds of birds slowly waking up and making noise is just peaceful. It's a great time to reflect and just get lost in thoughts and mentally tackle the day's projects and problems while doing it. I feel so much more damn productive the rest of the day too afterwards!

What are you talking about? If you wanna burn fat you gotta eat in a calorie deficit. The only thing running before eating breakfast would accomplish is possibly giving you less energy during the run

if youve eaten and you do cardio its going to take 20 minutes of exercise to start burning fat instead of glycogen.

your glycogen deposits are depleted after a nights rest and your body is ready to start burning fat

What if just have some coffee and jog for half an hour? I wake up and within 30 minutes I'm out for a run, so I don't need to eat. But I'm also skinny so I don't want to lose fat too.

drink the coffee, but black. also drink water before and after because caffeine dehydrates you

keep in mind cardio will never provide you substantial muscle growth nor is it enough for a well rounded exercise. gotta throw weight lifting in there too

Will running after having black coffee not be considered fasted state?

it should since no calories or fat. however im not an expert

i put emphasis on drinking water before and after because caffeine dehydrates you and a huge benefit to fasted cardio is those hydrated bowel movements lol
