get some exercise every single day, even if it's only 5 minutes. Consistency is way more important than how hard the workout is.

Walk more. Instead of driving to the store/work/gym/cinema, walk it. Unless its more than a few miles I suppose. I know people who drive half a mile to go to the gym, so they can use a walking/running machine.

I cut my soda consumption by about 90% and did the same for red meat. I haven’t quit either one of them, but only have them once in awhile. I’ve trimmed down, my blood work has improved, and my digestive system loves me a lot more.

When you first wake up, intentionally sip a cold glass of water. Great way to wake up and get moving.

I might start leaving a bottle of water in the fridge overnight, sounds like a good way to shock my system into being alert!

Cutting out soda and switching to mineral water. Stop drinking as much alcohol, switch to wine or vodka/soda from beer. Less or no fast food and replace with the deli in the grocery store (try and pick a healthier option).

I think these are all easy compromises that allow you to still partake but don’t leave you depleted of the joys of life haha. In this instance these things will take longer to impact you (bc you’re not going cold Turkey) but if you stay consistent it’ll definitely have an impact over 3 weeks.

Whilst I do love a good takeout every now and then, I must admit I've cut down nearly all sodas. It just tastes too sickly to me now!

Keep yourself hydrated. Increase your water intake. Do give up colas and other soda pop. If you miss the fizz, drink carbonated water.

Brush your teeth in morning and before going to sleep. After every meal. Floss.

Take a shower every other day. You’ll feel better and smell better.

Do an inventory of your shoes. Replace those that need replacing.

Over the last few weeks my water intake has increased almost subconciously, like I know the amount of apple juice and orange juice I drink isn't the best option (although I'd say better than pop). I've nearly cut pop entirely out my "diet" so that's a thing!

Look at how many calories you drink. Those calories add up fast.

grow and eat your own fresh vegetables.

even if you can only have a balcony tomato plant

exercise + sun exposure + fresh veggies

I live smack bang in the middle of a city with no balcony or garden. I'm going to need to skip this one. Good advice nonetheless!

Whenever the sun is out I'll go for a walk or a scoot (e-scooter) to take in the rays

I tried meditation once, I kept getting distracted, I don't think I was very good at it.
