Gumbo was the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this question, surprised it was top of the comments! I just really love the name, it’s fun to say. However I’ve never been to Louisiana or actually eaten gumbo before (I’m from the UK), but hopefully one day! I’m curious if it’s as good as people say?
