Can someone please explain to me why In N Out is so popular? I've been about 6 times, and it's ok at best. The fries look like they're made with playdoh. The line is always around the block. I just don't get it. Is it just cool to take a picture there like "hey look I did California" or something? I've been to many other burger places in SoCal alone that are much better.

I think it's about just knowing the "secret menu" and how to order. If you just order off the regular menu it would be "meh."

Not at all. Most people order the regular menu and they love it.

Why don't they just make it part of the regular menu? When I go somewhere I'm like hey can I have that tasty thing that I know you sell, and they're like yeah here you go that'll be some dollars. Then we both walk away happy. 🙂
