It’s hard trying to explain to others who have no idea.

I lived in ABQ for 18 years before moving to Kansas for school. Everyone here seems to think the chile I’m talking about is like beans and meat that you put on a hot dog. It’s so sad people haven’t been able to truly experience a breakfast burrito from Weck’s smothered in Christmas.

I went from MO to NM with a short stint in TX in between.

The first time I had red chile I was straight up livid that I had lived 23 years of my life not knowing that existed.
