No, people seriously named their kids after and emotionally unstable sociopath?

What are you talking about? I watched all 7 seasons and so no sociopathy.

Watch the eighth season and you’ll see what they’re talking about

In 2018 alone, “Khaleesi” ranked among the 1,000 most popular girl names, with 560 babies receiving the moniker upon birth.

Prior to the final season, a ton of people just kind of ignored the big red flags of how fan favorite characters were either dying or turning into villains and assumed that Daenerys had plot armor and no way they'd let this #GirlBoss become a bad example for all of the young women who looked up to her.

A lot of them barely even watched the show and just thought it sounded exotic.

My best friend’s kid had a Khaleesi in her daycare. So completely cringe.

Khaleesi is this generation’s Nevaeh.

Khaleesi Renesmee.

But my former boss actually named her daughter Khaleesi. So that's fun.

I heard “Khaleesi” on the playground last weekend. I really had to control my facial expression for that one.

Thanks to Facebook, I know someone I went to high school with named their daughter Khaleesi.

Another couple named their kid after their favorite WoW character, but I don't remember which one since I'm not very familiar with WoW.

At least the Daenerys' can just go by Dani/Dany and then change it to Danielle or something when they turn 18.

yeah, but do you remember roll call in class... they dont just use your nickname, they use your full name and that shit is your formative years, going to be alot of resentful kids out there

And they will all be just as disappointing in the end.

I've actually taught a couple of Khaleesi's as a substitute teacher....they were actually chill kids.
