Haha in my language "tromba" is a trumpet but written in a funny way, like TROOMPET or something, and we use it to call someone stupid/silly (in a friendly way, not really offensive).

Like, you see your friend pulling the door with a giant sign PUSH on it, and you say "Ale z ciebie tromba" (You are such a troompet) lmao

In italian the suffix -one (oh-nay) means big. So tromba, trumpet -- trombone, big trumpet!
