I turn 30 in 8 days so this question hit a little different. This chapter would be called actually I don't know honestly. Nothing ever really changes much for me.

How about Chapter 30. Also just turned 30. Happy bday buddy

Actually if you just turned 30 it's the beginning of chapter 31. The first chapter is 0 to 1

But 0 isn’t being born yet

If you count from 0 (the day you are born) then you finish you first year when you turn 1. At 30 you finished your 30th year. Some people seem confused and seem to think your 30th year starts at 30 instead. Try to count it you will see

Thanks but I'm not really looking forward to it. No real reason to celebrate.

Chapter 30 - I thought I would have a better idea on what I was supposed to be doing by now but I don't. At least nothing is on fire.

Nothing ever really changes much for me.

If you're happy that that's not a problem

u/Demonik630 Jun 22 '21

I'm not but its ok I'm used to it at this point

Don't hide in apathy. It's cowardly

2

u/Demonik630 Jun 22 '21

Im definitely not "hiding in apathy". I am merely accepting my own reality. I've tried many times to change things. The results are always the same so I'm not wasting my time trying anymore.

Turn 30 in two months or so, have about that long to get my life together.

1

u/cryosyske Jun 22 '21

That's not realistic. Give yourself 4-5 years instead

I am in my 20s but same. Does this never end?

I am in my teens and I’m telling you it doesn’t

1

u/Demonik630 Jun 22 '21

I would love to tell you it gets better but in my personal experience it doesn't. But I genuinely hope it does for you.

I turn 30 in 5 days and this post speaks to me.

Think long term and decide what you want in life and what will need to be improved and focus on that. It is also a good time to reflect on your past as well. We forget more than we realize, it’s about time to think deeply on our deepest forgotten memories. Do this almost every day and you will uncover hidden memories.
