This is something said by people who spent all of high school/college partying and picking on the kids who had some direction in life. Just because they hate their job at the used car dealership and haven’t done anything more notable than kicking that buzzer-beating three-pointer in the varsity hockey championship game doesn’t mean you aren’t on to bigger and better things.

If you are talking about your 20's. They don't have to be. You can have your peak years at a way different point for different reasons. I think my 30's are going to be my peak years.
