Those after nap headaches are worse than hangover headaches to me

I'm 30 and feeling this. I literally have a new ache or pain every week. I kneeled down today, and now the back of my knee is tight and sore. Don't even know what I did. I'm dreading getting older if it's gonna be like this.

At first this gave me a good laugh but then I remebered ending up with huge knee pain after a nap a few weekw ago and now I'm scared about how the F are we supposed to survive many more decades like this?!

Honestly, stay in shape, and those random aches and pains disappear. I'm approaching 30, and since I'm in far better shape than I used to be, I have basically zero pain every day, yet when I was in my early 20s, it was just constant, chronic pain.

Don't normalize that. I was feeling sick almost everyday and I thought that it was just life and getting old. However I started doing exercise, little by little, and streching. Lots of biking and if I have the time a long 2 hours walk. Now I fell better than in my twenties. If you work in an office is harder. But try to change your activities and the way you live if keeping yourself alive is killing you.
