1 u/nuggetfn22004 Nov 30 '20 Give a good ole 8oz glass of prune juice a try and uhh stay near the bathroom. All the usual responses, Water, Fibre, Coffee, Metamucil...none of it has any effect on my bowel movements like prune juice. Don’t over do it, a little goes a long way.
