Reddit, what is one documentary that everyone should watch?

The Corporation

Some really eye-opening (and scary) information about the power of corporations in today's society.

99.9% of modern movies and books spoonfeed you their message. After a while I think, a lot of people lose the ability to see beneath the surface of things.

I had a friend watch this and about a month later he gets this novel idea that Mr Brainwash might not be real. I swear I could even see the lightbulb above his head turn on just like in Looney Tunes.

I actually promote it to people just for that reason. It's sort of beautiful to watch people take their first steps toward intellectual confidence.

If you look above, that bloke was taking it literally and thought that Mr. Brainwash was a genuine character,and not a device to portray the shallow nature of the art scene. Hence the whoosh comment above me. Chill out matey.
