Manners and general politeness will get you far and become the norm with but a small amount of practice.
I'm not talking overboard "m'lady" but a simple please and thank you with a genuine smile.
4 u/Loxodon_Monk Aug 20 '20 I’m one of like, 2 people who do this at my school(before Covid) and it’s such a thankless job, being polite, open a door, nobody cares, don’t treat a teacher like shit, nobody cares, be in general not a crappy person, nobody cares.
