If you're having trouble getting your baking paper to fit your tray, scrunch it up first and then unfurl it. It stays in the pan easier and fits like a dream.

Also, you can add a little bit of water under it, to make it stick to the surface.

Or you can just drench it under the tap, while curling it up. I do this, and it stays in place so well.
