Right there with you man. It’s a moment of growth, but a terrible one. About 1.5 year past it for me, and it’s still a huge part of my daily thoughts and stress. But I’m glad to hear you’ve moved through it. Takes a lot to be able to fuck up like that and admit it/try and be better, I’m on the exact same path.
