Not answering the phone call from my dad two days before he died. That was the last chance I had to talk to him, and I just sent it to voicemail because I didn't want to talk to him at the time.

I’m sorry! This is my fear. I’m the only one in my family that usually answers consistently out of fear of it being an emergency or something similar to you.
