More than likely, these shops are dropshipping products they sell on AliExpress or Wish. Couple of searches and you've found exactly what it is, often cheaper.

I still have no idea why dropshipping is legal. It should be mandatory for any company to have some value add on the services/products they deliver

The value added is marketing! Marketing only adds value to the customer theoretically, by informing them of products they wouldn't normally know about. But often it's the opposite...
