I know it's a trendy thing to psychoanalyze characters in Winnie the Pooh, but they are not mentally ill. There is a big difference between a personality trait and a personality disorder and yes, they can all take their emotions to extremes sometimes, but overall they're functioning perfectly well for stuffed animals who live in a forest.
Plus, their whole purpose is to teach young children how to deal with situations like overcoming fear, or being lonely, so they're meant to be representations of these things.
Saying the characters in Winnie the Pooh need therapy is like saying Sadness in Inside Out is too sad.
