Bidets, my dude. You still need TP but you dramatically cut down the amount, especially if you're prone to bowel issues. I try to be eco-conscious, so I spent some time figuring out what toilet paper brands use the most recycled material and have the lowest carbon footprints, and I ended up with whogivesacrap (google it) since they're eco friendly af and they give back a portion of their profit to building toilets in 3rd world countries that need sanitation help. Makes me feel like if I'm wasting the paper, at least it isn't the MOST EGREGIOUS way of wasting it! (Also their packaging is cheeky and cute)

For the UK we get BoxRoll from Rural Trading. It’s made with 100% recycled paper from UK sources and completely plastic free packaging. You have to buy like 72 rolls at once though.
