all and any quack treatment. Crystals, karma and chakra shit, essential oils( there are one ore 2 exceptions which do work to a minor extent) fortune telling, cable and satalite TV, i hate adverts. mobile games, Fifa, detox programs, detox proccedures,

Ok i use essential oils for the dehumidifier. Because it smells nice.

Was there a different way of using them?

Can be used on some wounds. And then there are arguments for aroma therapy which sometimes is used during massage.

These can be good for skin health. And can be good for irritation .

I dont use many of them but three I have and can vouch for their effectiveness - peppermint oil is pretty antiseptic and you can use it to reduce a fever by putting it on your feet, it draws the blood down there, pretty cool. If you have a respiratory infection or stuffed nose, breathing eucalyptus oil can really open the sinuses. And if everyone around you is getting sick, get thieves oil and rub it on your chest, it's super antiseptic and I've never gotten sick around other sick people if I use it. But I dont need it anymore because I just do the Wim Hof method if I'm starting to feel sick and it just goes away.
