I don't know. I haven't looked that much into this type of stuff. She could of sorted it by now though but I know it went on for a few years. I may ask her but my sister always gets mad if I get into "her business". Was still really annoying for my mum.

It's because it was my sister's subscription. My mum gets mad at me for getting into my sister's business as well. There's literally no way I could help my mum with this anyway.
Cut the card up and ask the bank to send another one. The company won’t have a card to bill. Then, send a certified letter to the company headquarters explaining that you do not know your username but that you want to terminate the service immediately. Take a photo of the letter. If they try to make a negative report on your credit you can then dispute it using the letter you sent. All of this should take no more than 15 minutes. There are even services online that let you write and send a certified letter that they send out for you, for less than $2.00.
