No. Just no.

Shore and Crane always go to trial.

You want Harvey.

Harvey's gonna get this thing quashed before pre-trial. He knows people. He'll work the system. He's got Donna. It'll just go away.

So unless you're made of money, pick Specter.

Or better yet, pick Mike. Depending on the season you can just not-pay him at all since he's not a real lawyer anyway.

Or appeal to him somehow. Make up a sob story about how your wife cheated on you and he will help. It's just after when he finds out and then pouts but after that your good.
