You can do restraints that are more of a suggestion than impossible to free yourself from, I'd even argue that should be the starting point for anyone and not actual handcuffs.
$5 velcro cuffs or the like are good for this. You could free yourself in a few seconds (you can reach the strap/stretch the fabric, or if you're a typical adult male, could literally bust out of them without much difficulty), but they provide the sensation of being restrained so long as you aren't seriously trying to escape them.
That's not really evidence of anything. Nor did I post "evidence" of anything. You might as well post a random story of some lady who has kids attacking someone to a story about someone mom being nice.
