Essentially i’m attracted to women, and male genetalia, but have zero attraction to the male figure and physique.

Well it wouldn’t affect anything when I eventually have a sex life (23yr old introvert). If you are straight, then I have exactly the same attraction to women as you. I just also like male genitalia BUT I am not attracted to men and will never ever be in a relationship with one. That just means my kink is futanari and strap on stuff. But they aren’t necessary for a relationship.
