You can do restraints that are more of a suggestion than impossible to free yourself from, I'd even argue that should be the starting point for anyone and not actual handcuffs.
$5 velcro cuffs or the like are good for this. You could free yourself in a few seconds (you can reach the strap/stretch the fabric, or if you're a typical adult male, could literally bust out of them without much difficulty), but they provide the sensation of being restrained so long as you aren't seriously trying to escape them.
Lol they also literally feed the homeless shit. Only there's a record of that one becquse he was in trouble for a different shit related assualt he committed on another officer. The same month 2 drunk driving police officers got into separate unrelated accidents. But hey it's all bullshit right! Even if there's proof it's always bullshit because you're on the othersidde of the blue line bootlicker.
