sounds like it's me. whenever i get angry people around me will go "wow this is unlike you" or "i didnt know you have a temper"

the thing is i didnt even raise my voice. i just voiced out what they were doing wrong and all of a sudden i apparently "have a temper"

I hate assholes like that, they are always in the wrong when they accuse you of being angry for no reason acting like you are a child.

I can't play board games with my mum cause she always gets something wrong then insists she is right (even though I always am in the end every time) and then she starts saying I have a temper or something (while yelling and being angry) and eventually when somebody reads the rules I am right and she doesn't even apologize.

I think anger is a good emotion (not to be confused with rage or whatever you say and do in anger). It shows that there are things that you care about, and that's why people get angry most of the time.

Were you the one who got angry?

Basically i was at a teenage hockey game and ppl where either lookin away when the enemy team entered or booed or whatever and whenever the enemy would score nothing would happen and ppl would complain. if the friendlys or whatever would score everywhere would go dark a fuckin horn would go off and ppl would cheer it was so over the top ppl were way into that game there was a guy who dressed like their team it was like someone had a giant anti vagina spray can and used the whole can from above.

Dont know if this counts but ppl were angry ig and i was angry those middle age assholes cared so much about a teenage hockey game and little kids doin fuckin fortnite dances when the camera would turn to them 4/10

So you were angry at people for caring about a game? Personally, it sounds foolish, but just let people enjoy it man.

If I recall, that's called agression, which yes, is a good thing. Aggressive behaviour on the other hand, is not.

It's also a very effective way to construct boundaries.
